1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
- Patients can cancel their appointment 1 days before the scheduled time without any charges.
- Cancellations made after the allowed time frame may incur a cancellation fee of 100%.
- No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
- Emergency cancellations due to medical reasons may be considered for a full or partial refund upon verification.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- If the payment was made via Razorpay, the refund will be processed as per Razorpay’s refund timeline.
- Consultation fees for completed appointments are non-refundable.
- Refunds for prepaid packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Patients can reschedule their appointment 1 days before the scheduled time without any additional charges.
- Rescheduling requests made after this period may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the cancellation is made after the allowed cancellation window.
- If the consultation has already been completed.
- If incorrect details were provided during booking.
- If the cancellation is due to reasons not covered under emergency cases.
